Awards Application Deadline is May 30, 2014 for the following awards:
Club Convention Pin Design Of The Year Award
"Ken Helling" Public Speaker of the Year Award
Outstanding Convention T-Shirt Design Of The Year Award
Scrapbook Of The Year Award
The following three (3) awards will be calculated at convention. There is no need to submit forms for the following three awards - all Clubs are automatically eligible.
Membership Growth for the Year Award - awarded to the Clubs achieving significant growth in active membership, including transfers and reinstatements. Percentage is based upon net numerical gain from July 1 last year through June 30 current year and will be determined based upon information submitted on quarterly National reports. Recognition will be given to all Clubs achieving growth of 10% or greater with a patch going to the club with the highest percentage of membership growth and a patch going to the club with the highest number of new members.
Percent Convention Attendance for the Year Award - awarded to the single Club with the highest percentage of its membership in attendance at the National Convention (excluding the Host Club). The percentage is based upon paid convention registration in relation to the number of Club members as stated in your current quarterly report
Convention Miles for the Year Award - awarded to the single Club, which accumulates the greatest number of miles, generated by its members traveling to the National Convention (excluding the Host Club).
