Dana Von-Sternberg, Foundation Board Member and Immediate Past President of Active 20-30 US & Canada. Dana took his first steps in a gem office in Idar-Oberstein, Germany and has been involved in some facet of the gem industry ever since. While recent endeavors have included wine- and transportation-based businesses, his true passion continues to be with diamonds and gemstones, and the jewelry that includes them.
Dana has been an active member of Active 20-30 for nearly eight years as a member of the Santa Rosa Club before calling the Sebastopol Club home. Dana has served in many local positions and taken the lead on numerous charitable events. He has taken the most pride in acting as co-chair for the 2010 National/International/WOCO convention held in Santa Rosa in 2010. Dana is excited to hold his first National role and is looking forward to being a part of what will surely be a great year of growth for the organization.
