PHOENIX - More than 32 million in the US and Canada are playing fantasy sports, and women are making up a greater portion of that number every season. One group in the Valley are finding fantasy sports to actually be philanthropic and romantic.

I found one group in the Valley who are finding fantasy sports to actually be philanthropic and romantic.
It might not be what you'd expect this group of Valley women to be talking about.
With stats in hand, the topic is touchdowns.
They're drawn to the male-dominated hobby of fantasy football, mostly because the proceeds in this league go to charity.
But besides the philanthropic, they're finding it to be romantic.
The single women in this group tell me it's a great way to meet guys.
Yet those who are spoken for say it's leaving their husbands boasting.
This mix of rookies and veterans say don't be intimidated.
Their best advice: go small and call in your experts.
They also add, when it's all for fun the strategy need not be serious.
No matter the strategy, the motive, or the outcome, these ladies say they're hooked!
