Convention Registration in the main hotel lobby.
6pm - 10pm
Reception in the ZuZu Bar (music by local DJ with trumpet player).
10pm - late

Friday June 23rd 2006
7:30am - 2pm
Golf at the Phoenician ($85 including lunch, meet in lobby @ 7:30am, see below for more details).
Spa (discounted rate, availability on a first-come-first-served basis).
12pm - 6pm
Convention Registration in the main hotel lobby.
1pm - 5pm
Pool Party (DJ, Cabana's available for rent, live entertainment). $10 admission.
6pm - 10pm
50's Casino Party (Martini bar, music by the Groove Merchants, and Vegas-style games).
10pm - late

Saturday June 24th 2006

AGM (breakfast included).

Speech Competition & Fundraising Discussion.

Cocktails & Photos.

Formal Dinner & Installation Ceremony.
9pm - 10pm
Musical performance by "surprise band".

Golf Outing Information

The Convention 2006 Golf Outing will be held at the famous Phoenician golf course. The total cost including green fees, lunch and transportation is $85. We will be playing a Shotgun format, starting at 8:30am sharp.

UPDATE (6/21/2006): all golf spots have now been allocated - apologies to those of you registering late, but remember... "the early bird catches the worm!"
